Abilene man breaks Lake Fort Phantom bass fishing record twice in one night
An Abilene man broke not one, but two bass fishing records twice in one night. George Trosper was fishing on LakeFt. Phantom during a tournament Thursday when he caught two largemouth bass that each weighed over 11 lbs. The first one weighed 11. 03 lbs. The second topped it at a whopping 11. 15 lbs. The previous lake record was 10. 54 lbs and was set in 2010, according to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.
